Thanks everyone for the tips and the comments on the Dell Axim product line.

I originally purchased a X51, thinking that was all I needed. Well after reading the discussions here, I consulted the "Boss" and she said go ahead and get the "good one," so I did. She didn't need to say it twice.... What a good wife......

I sent the X51 back to Dell for a refund and ordered the X51V.

It arrived Wed and what a difference between the two models. The built in Wi-Fi, the VGA, I could go on and on.....

One question as a new owner, is there a good reference book that someone could recommend for WIN CE 5.0 or some better documentation for the X51V out there? The manual that came with the Axim seems quite basic and there sure are a bunch of settings, etc... that aren't really addressed in the manual. I just don't want to screw something up.

Note that the entry point for that page got removed from MS Mobile site for some reason. So you may want to bookmark the page. Has great step by step instructions for just about everything.

This forum is also a great reference. Most of the time you can find what you need with a search. Congrats on the upgrade!

My wife did the exact same thing. As soon as I told her it was only $75 more, she said I should just get the V. Of course, she followed that with "Get me one too!"

I've found much better info here at Aximsite. Best resource by far!
