Logitech Mobile freedom receiving party gets horrible noise

Howdy everyone,

I have installed the latest widcomm stack from these forums. I am finally able to pair and use the logitech mobile freedom headset.

However, when I use skype with the headset my recipient was complaining of terrible background noise. Has anyone else had this problem with this or any other headset?

I am running a12 rom on x51v

edit: the sound works flawlessly out of the headset

anyone got a BT headset to work? Not just regular BT headphones? :(

Have you tried adjusting the microphone gain? I'm not sure if that will have any affect on the problem. If I recall the applet is in Settings\System. Called Microphone AGC?

I dont have any experience with either Skype or BT headsets. Just thought maybe the problem could be resolved with that applet.
