I assume you dit a clean 'safely remove hardware' when disconnecting the sd/cf ?

I did not remove the card from PPC, just turned it off and on. And second, I did not see that button on PPC, only on the Big Brother.

I have the same problem with my Kingston 2GB SD, not all the time but often. If AvantGo is running it will say that a card has been removed or turned off by the OS and AvantGo must close. Somewhat annoying...
