help voice record

I need some advice.

I press hard button to record voice and get error message

""Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename.""

any ideas how to fix it? I can record through the note app but want the hard button to work.

Try going to Settings - Buttons and remapping it. You may need to map it to something else first, then mapping it back to the Record function.

well now I don't get the error message however nothing happens. I changed it to alternate app and it worked. When I changed it back to 'record' nothing launches.. any other suggestions? of course thanks
