Jvm?

Ok, I know there are a ton of Java Virtual Machine posts out there, but I still cant figure out how to use it to access web sites(just got my ax 2 days ago so I'm still learning, so if you post make it newbie friendly... lol).... Here's what I'm looking to do.... My wife loves to play on Pogo.com, but the grames require some sort of JVM. I've downloaded a few and cant figure them out. Like J9 by IBM for example, I tried to install it and copy the files over and I got some error message when I tried to run the golf test program and couldnt figure it out. Im trying CrEme right now, I got it installed, but when I try to connect to a pogo game I just get a white screen with back and menu on the bottom (not the white screen of death, just an IE page but w/o the loading bar).

Do I have to start anything up before I start up IE?

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?! Lol.... Any help would be great :)
