Windows Media PLayer wont SKin

I can't get wmp skins to work. I put them in the /program/windows media player folder with other default skins and i can't switch to them in the skin chooser under /options/skins when i am in media player. anyone know a fix for this??

I think the Media Player is only skinnable in Portrait mode, switch the screen direction to portrait and it should work, as far as I know there is no way to apply a skin in normal mode.

hmm, i tried in portrait and landscape and in normal and true vga modes.. wierd.. tried a few skins too..
