battery drainage when installed alot of programs
Does the power drain faster, when you've got loads of programs installed? And does it matter that you've got the programs downloaded on a CFcard?

and does it make the axim a slower, when installed alot of programs? (not opened though)

The battery will certainly NOT discharge any faster and I don't think it will affect the speed.
