Daylight Saving Time?
The X51V doesn't (at least as far as I can see) have an automatic setting for DST on its internal clock?

Am I missing something?

I suspected as much, however, I downloaded:

http://www.sbsh.net/products/clock/

...and is messes up the other 'time zones.'

If (?) it's automatic, it should show the correction in relation to GMT?
