Yeah, I too would be interested to see this. Particularly given the fact that Dell has shown no interest in UMPCs, and such a move would run counter to their normal business practices.

No offense, but we see plenty of these kinds of claims around here. None of them have ever been backed by proof. If you care to provide a few photos of the demo unit, along with some specs, I could certainly guarantee you'd make the news, with as much or as little credit as you wanted. But I'd want to see proof.

Youre wrong, i have the memo send by Derrick Resco from the PDA engineering team in Ireland, I quote "Since we stopped all PDA development and are setting up the new umpc development team..."

We knew that already. That statement does not indicate to me that they have ceased PRODUCTION. Merely that development of new devices has ceased and there won't be a new model PDA in future.
