Aximsitesoftwareicon Powerpoint inverted on screen

Hi all, I search the forum and did not find this so I will start a new thread.

I've been trying to view powerpoint presentation on my x51v but it keeps showing the powerpoint presentation in an inverted orientation.

For example, when I set the axim to portrai and view the powerpoint, it doesn't maximize to the whole screen and show it in a landscape fashion. So, I set the powerpoint itself to landscape, and all it does it invert the powerpoint upside down.

Normally I like the PDA in landscape (right hand) view... so when I did this, no difference, It still shows the presentation in a portrait fashion, and doesn't not take up the whole screen. I tried to set the ppt in landscape and all it does is invert it upside down.

Does anyone know how to make this work? thanks

With a PowerPoint presentation open, hold the stylus on the arrow in the lower left corner, select Show Options and select the orientation. For me, the Default actually shows my shows in Landscape when the PPC itself is set to Portrait, but you can play with the various choices. I'm pretty sure it remembers the choice even if you open a different presentation.

I set it like you and still shows up in portrait mode. It wouldn't take up the whole screen in the default mode. When I set the ppt option into the "portrait" mode, it flips side way and shows in landscape mode, but "left handed" land scape.

When I change the ppt option to landscape "right hand", it shows as potrait and when i change it to landscape left hand, it turns it upside down... I've tried all the combination by play also with the PDA screen's setting... nothing gets it to show up in landscape "right hand" mode.

I recently update the rom to A12. Any help is appreciated.

My only other idea is that you have some Today screen plugin or other program installed that is over riding WM5's settings. I've had A12 on my X51v since the day it came out and mine works fine.
