51v Case, not Sena, but similar (better)?

Finally broke down and ordered an X51v....

A few months ago I remember running across a site that sold their own brand case. They compared it to the Sena line (w/o mentioning their name) and pointed out all the things they had imrpoved upon their design.

Now for the life of me I can't find it. Anybody have a link by any chance?

I looked through all the reviews on aximsite, but could not find a case similar but better to the Sena line.

It was not on aximsite that I saw these cases, it was on the seller's site, but like I said, for the life of me I can't find it and don;t remember how I ran across it in the first case.

So any help would be very much appreciated.

Oh, one thing I do remember is that these cases would allow you to charge the axim even witht he case still on.

Hmmm, after some more looking I'm thinking may be it was a comparison between Piel Frama and the Sena case, since the Sena actually does fit in the cradle...

One other thing I remember was the comparison talking about the leather cutouts being more exact and better fitting; however, the aximsite review of the Sena does mention that the d-pad should have a better cutout, so may it is not the Sena I'm looking for.

Sorry for all the confusing posts, but I just know that as soon as I order a case, I'm going to run across one that is just so much better (Murphy's Law)....

Actually, I have one of the newer Sena case - and they DO have a better cutout than the ones reviewed last year. It has a curve just where the D-pad begins, so it's no longer that flat edge shown in the photos from last year's Extended Battery Case review.

In other words, it's almost perfect. ;)

My 3 mo. old Sena is great - gets used every day and no noticable wear.

Oh, anybody know where the best deal is? I want to get a second 1800mAHh battery, too. I undertsand that will still fit the standard Sena case.

I see that cases.com has 15% off in the aximsite deal section. The only thing is they are out off the black ones and they don't carry the brown one (which is the color I really like). I think the tan is much lighter in color than the brown one I saw on senacases.com.
