Media Player opens everytime I turn on my X50!

Everytime I turn on my Axim X50, after about 5 seconds, Windows Media Player opens and tells me I have installed a new memory card, and do I want to scan it for files to add to the library.

I have 2 cards installed:
1. Crucial Compact Flash - 1 gig
2. Sandisk 128 Meg SD card

I am not taking them out and re-installing them. But the Axim thinks I am. Any ideas?

are you sure that you closed media player rather than simply minimized it so that it is running whenever you turn on the axim? check too to make sure that it isn't in the startup folder under windows.
