I had the same problem with mine, after installing the A12 rom and the WiddComm bluetooth. The only way I was able to get rid of it was to do a hard reset and not reinstall the WiddComm bluetooth.

Same happens with my X51v, happened before and after I installed the Widcomm bluetooth so its not that...

Also had the same problem, do know why but I now use shutxp to shut down just like windows and it solved the problem.
