X51 keeps telling me it gas detected a new Media Card

I am running my X51 with a 512 Mb Sd card and a 1 Gb CF card. While I am using other packagesMedia Player opens and I get the following message: "new media card detected. do you want media player to check for new files". This is even though the card hasn't been moved.

Any ideas why it is doing this?

Because you have left your media player running. To prevent this, make sure you close it properly by either doing a soft reset or by going into Settings - System tab - Memory - Running Programs tab and closing it. You can also use third party utilities such as Magic Button or vBar. The X at the right hand corner only minimizes applications.

Thanks. It never occurred to me that that would be the problem. I often go into the system tab/memory and close down programmes but haven't recently and certainly didn't when I finished using Media Player.
