Can't receive "contact" beam

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. For some reason I cannot receive Outlook Contacts beams from another Axim. A box pops up then disappears very quickly when the beam is initiated with the other Axim. I don't have the opportunity to accept the beam, it disappears too fast. The sending Axim reports that the contact file has been sent OK, but it's not on my Axim. I don't have any problems receiving beams for any other app (Calender, Note, etc.) Just Outlook Contacts. Is there a setting in Contacts that I am missing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
