Yes, it would be nice if you could keep it simple. A lot of people would like to understand as much as they can about what the patches are all about. Sorry if I offended you, not my intention. Thanks Juraj.

One thing about the way they did these updates is that I don't believe that they would survive a hard reset since there is a listing in the remove programs dialog and I know some people have successfully uninstalled the wireless update. So if you hard reset your device you will have to remember to update to these patches again.

and yes that are only software and driver updates.they can be removed:) it's like icons for wifi and BT:) after HR they must be reinstalled:)

Now if there could be a simple Dell Updates site (or Windows Mobile Updates site) that works just like Windows update, that would be great. Browse the site from your PDA, click the updates you want, they download and install.

I'm for hire if Dell or MS want me, lol.

Not sure if I'd consider that a bug since you will only plug in the CF card when you're going to use it. It saves few seconds off the lock time since it comes on immediately when you plug in the card without having to wait for the application to launch.
