X51v is Frozen

My X51V is frozen now.

After connecting to PC, it can be dectected. ActiveSync worked well. I was also able to manipulate files on the SD card.

However, I can't do anything on the PDA. Niether using a stylus nor pressing any buttons. It is just frozen! No any response.

Anybody has any ideas? Thanks a million!

When I first got my AXIM I had the lock switch on and even had Dell on the phone they were ready to send me a new unit put me on hold to get the info that I needed for a return while on hold I found that I had the lock switch on waited for them to get back on the phone to tell them so (felt like a fool) but they didn't even try to trouble shoot that aspect of the problem
