any alternatives to Axim

I have had my Axim x50v for almost 2 years. I have loved it. However, I am always looking for the latest and best technology. The Axim seemed to be ahead of its time. No manufacturer has come close to the specs of the axim x50v series. This is frustrating as I have waited for two years for a VGA, WiFi G blah, blah, blah device. Is there any talk from other companies of a possible device with better specs?

Not outside of Japan, and even then the VGA devices are either slower, don't have graphics acceleration, or don't have as much RAM..or all the above. Everyone's into releasing phones days, which means sacrifices are made - and CPU or power-hungry VGA displays are the first thing to go.

(Edit: Corrected typos from posting before being completely conscious).

That sucks! I guess I'll hold on to the Axim for a while.

Or you could always go with the new Sony Vaio UX Micro PC...

But it will cost you a pretty penny ;)

It also weighs a pound, it would rip out my pants pocket. I will stay with my X51V.
