In general, how stable is your x51v?

HI , i have rom A06 and i was resetting it 2-3 times a day , with a process i realised it was the theme ? very strange , i changed it back to the default dell theme and that was 9 days ago and not a single reset , well that is not true i still have to reset sometimes to get it to see the cf card , but not cos its crashed , might be worth tring the default theme for a few days to see if it helps , i guess the only way to tell if its hardware or software is to do a factory default ( after a full backup) and leave it at that for a few days , if its ok yo will know its software , then you can try to work out which one or combination , good luck !

In 6 months of ownership I've only soft reset my A06 Axim twice. The iPaq it replaced had to be reset nearly every time I used it.

Mine is pretty stable @ A12.
Soft reset every now n then but no biggie.

Just a thought, are you overclocking your CPU? Also, you can use programs like Vidya Task manager to monitor your background processes. I'm sure it's some program that you installed that's causing problem.

No overclocking.

I'll try Vidya and see if it reports anything. For the most part, my program use is pretty simple: vBar, Pocket Informant and Pocket Breeze (ok, Pocket Weather and iLaunch as well). I'm running the latest versions to stay up on any bug fixes, etc.
