Exchange RPC Replication problem - Weird -X51v

RPC is what I should have titled this thread as.......but seems to happen no matter what I use.

I recently updated my X51v to A12, the main reason was to fix direct Exchange replaciation with my companies exchange server. Got through the whole process and everything is working......well almost.

I can now connect with my Exchange server and pull down my mail, contact and schedule......but many emails show up with the text missing and the email addresses showing (null) multiple times.....seems like once for each address. This doesn't happen for all emails.....just a good portion and it's driving me crazy. The attachments seem to be fine in the emails.....go figure.

I've tried changing the configs around to just do 5k and no attachments and every other combination....no help. I've deleted and reconnected to exchange 15 plus times at this point and have even changed computers and tried.....same exact problem.

I found one post on the web with someone else having the same issue.....but no solution.

Anyone have a clue?

To the guy who posted the upgrade method from A06 to A12....thanx.

Don't know a solution for you unfortunately, but have seen something possibly similar. I've had mails that are generated straight out of an MS Access written application (with its own little SMTP engine) rather than out of a mail client, that show up with an entirely blank body text area on a Pocket PC. If you take the same original mail (that was sent out of the Access app) and send it to yourself via Outlook, it comes through fine.

Don't know if that maybe has anything in common with your issue. Is there any pattern to which messages come through blank / strangely?

It seems to be the same emails and more so on some users then others.....though I found emails missing information for people that have worked for other emails.

I've tried a standard sync with Outlook 2003 with the same issue. It's some kind of a formatting problem on the x51 outlook......but I've tried messing with all the options and I just can't figure it out.

I was hoping someone here has run into this before. Really a pain in the butt.

The user who sent the email will show up in the emails list view in Mobile Outlook, but when you open the email it shows null for those fields.

Update: I just did a test from my internal email and then on a Yahoo account, Yahoo worked.....Internal showed up blank with just the subject line and no information in the other fields.
