A very noticeable scratch

Hi hi,

I know this is ridiculous but there's a very sharp and clean scratch on the reset button of my axim (please don't ask me how it got the scratch). This is annoying me and is there a way to get rid of this scar?? Will sand paper work? :rolling:

Why would you care about a scratch on the back of the case where the reset button is? Do you mean the power button? If so, I believe it is a sticker, but don't know where to get replacements.

The decal is painted on, if you sand it, you will sand the whole thing off. My decal has almost all chipped off, and believe it or now it looks brighter and when you get used to it, looks just as good.

I've never even seen the reset button, I just stick the stylus in the hole when i want to reset--how would you even notice a scratch?

I don't see why this is so important. :scratch_h My X51v stuffed in a case most of the time. Getting to the actual button will lead you to take the device apart since the button is recessed under the back shell. I don't know how you would get there otherwise.

I think you have some people confused. Is the scratch on the surface surrounding the reset hole? You cannot see the reset button unless you remove the back case.Maybe you should take a picture and post it so everyone knows what you are talking about.

My axim has been everywhere but through the wash, and has the battle scars to prove it. Wear your scars with pride. They are the badge of courage of an urban warrior.

Hey, I'm a suburban pacifist and I'm got as many scars as any urban warrior!

I don't mind change as long as I'm not around when it happens.

Deigo, why not just use a case, and no-one will notice the scratch at the back?
