Bluetooth License Expired, Nothing helps

I keep getting that message, I have rested my x50v and still I get it!
I tried changing time and so on, but hell It won't help
I tried contacting dell.... buy they can't help me! THEY TELL ME TO HARD RESET!

Please any one, help me, that would be appreciated.

p.s. and don't tell me to search!
I already searched this site and google for a near half a day today, and I can't still find the solution.

You will have to hard-reset. From my udnerstanding this has soemthign to do with the setting of the system clock, you probably need to hard-reset, then set your clock/calendar, then turn on BT, and see what happens (just a guess from bits and pieces I've read)
