Activesynch help

I have a X51V and have activesynch issues. My cradle broke about 4 weeks ago. I received a new cradle, but I can't synch now. The synch process get hungs at looking for changes and after about 1 minute activesynch says the unit is "Not connected". With my old cradle, this happened on occasion. I usually just did a soft reset and things were fine. I tried that approach, but it doesn't work. Should I try a hard reset? I am using ActiveSynch 4.2.0.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I am lost without synch capabilities!!!!!

Bump.....still need help....I tried a hard reset...same results
