x50v VGA Pixel Doubling

Is it possible to get WM2003SE to run QVGA programs in VGA by pixel doubling each axis? Every program I run in VGA mode ends up occupying the upper-left quadrant only.

Yes--this is what it does by default, if you're not using a brute-force VGA hack. I assume that you are?

I'm using OzVGA on a standard installation, but it's always acted in this manner.

OzVGA is a hack to force VGA resolution even for QVGA programs. Remove it and your QVGA programs will run fine in pixel doubled mode.

Hm, this is unexpected. Unfortunately, PIE and MS Reader perform admirably in VGA mode, but less so in QVGA. I suppose I have to choose which mode I'll find more useful and stick to it.

Adobe works well in "Brute force" VGA (the loading screen is messed up but otherwise works beautifully, PIE on the other hand was written by morons who for some reason decided to pixel double everything on VGA devices.

Tweaks2k2 apparently allows you to brute force programs like Adobe into using VGA, but I'm afraid PIE is another beast altogether. I'd suggest using Opera, Minimo or Netfront as they all properly support VGA, Minimo being free but slightly buggy at the moment.
