Change Battery icon to meter reading

Hi all,

is there a way to change the battery icon to show the battery readings?

I find the battery icon useless, I will prefer it to show it's actual remaining value like in percentage or how many hours left.

Anyone can help?

I think that free apps like Batti allow you to get more info. The way I do it is to use Resco Explorer (Today Plug-in) to display more battery information (and more beside). There are other apps displaying similar sorts of info: iLauncher (which I also have), SPB Pocket Plus and Battery Pack Pro.

I just remembered why I don't use Batti. I have replaced the battery icon on my top line with a clock (one of the Tweaks2k2 options).
