I ordered my X51v on Thursday afternoon (December the 28th) - today is already two days later, Saturday morning, and yet the status of my order hasn't reached even the "Pre-Production" (see the attached screenshot)!
Is this normal or is something wrong with my order?
I called the customer support (1-800-847-4096) but it's closed right now
Due to the holiday you may not see a change in order status until Tuesday morning. When I order stuff sometimes it takes them a while to change the status. It might even show shipped by Tuesday afternoon once they get caught up. Hang in there.

Another question: when I called customer support yesterday, Friday, they told me that my order is "On Hold" - is this normal?
But she added that the "On Hold" period is included in the 5-7 business days after which I'm supposed to finally receive my baby!
I also ordered mine on Thursday there is no update on production yet. All it says is ordered confirmed. But it will take awhile for mine to arrive. Its got to go APO to Germany

Its planned arrival is 24-1-2007 whats way longer then they told me before ordering (10 days)

I think we just fell on the worst season - Holidays, when everything is closed, including the post...

You just picked the wrong time of year to order things and expect quick turnaround or customer service. I would expect things to return back to normal after the 2nd. In the meanwhile, Happy New Year. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about your toys.
