Assign Com Port & PI Dialing Cell Phone

Got an X51v w/ WM5.

How do I assign / change assigned COM ports.

Using BT connection with cell phone.

Trying to assign COM port so Pocket Informant can remotely dial cell phone.

All PI sees is COM 5. WM5 wants to give it COM 8.
