Aximsitewifiicon Accessing out of town files, can it be done??

If I am in say in New York, and want to access my files I have stored on my computer at home in Texas via a hotels wi-fi, is there a program that will allow me to do this? I have an x50v.

One easy way is to install a ftp server on your home pc and a ftp client on you ppc. There are loads of ftp server selection available, and Total Commander is a simple ftp client you could use.

Of course, you can assume no security in this solution. Not recommended if they contain sensitive information.
