time on title bar

I'm new to WM5. In time settings it is flagged to always show on the title bar of any application. However, it doesn't. Not even with all apps closed.
Any ideas, or known issue?

Are you using any programs that skin the title bar (e.g., Wisbar Advanced)?

if your title bar shows a battery instead of the time, then u might get tweak2k2 to fix this known bug with x51v's a12 rom
