Outlook Web Access

I am trying to hook up my pda email accounts and I am having trouble when it comes to the incoming mail server info, outgoing mail, and domain server info.


I am espeecially confused when doing this with outlook web access.

If I am not mistaken to use Outlook from the web you just open a browser window and go to the address specified by your IT dept and you will have access to your outlook account.

Check with your IT dept for the settings. They may also have POP3 or IMAP enabled.

Outlook Web Access doesn't need the incoming/outgoing/domain server info. That's the whole point of it; you access it from the web rather than the mail app.

As said above, your settings should be provided by IT. For Web Access, they may have a different address from default for the PDA view, e.g. www.exchange.company.com/PDA.

Do you want to set up an exchange server account on your PDA instead of/as well as OWA?
