your daily news or learning rss

hi,

I am a new member of this excellent site and
I just bought my x51v last week,
now I am trying to find some good rss feed for my pda,
such as daily asia news (english version) or some learning english sites.
can anyone give me some suggestions.

by the way, does anyone know some rss site with podcast audio can be
downloaded. Because it is easy for me to learn english.
I am using a rss reader called Newsbreak,
is it a good reader or do you know any better one.
