help..can't send contact via IR but receive ok.

Here is the situation, I have all the outlook conact synced to my x51v via AS and I am not able to beam any of them to the sony w810i phone through IR. The phone keep on saying something like "can't recive contact". However, I am able to send any contact that's stored on the phone to the x51v. Also, if I create a new contact on the x51v itself and it is able to send over to the phone.

Looks like there is some sort of format imcompatibility from the outlook contact card. Anyone experienced anything similar? Any solutions?
