Windows Mobile .NET Framework

Hi,

I have noticed that there are several Weather programs and RSS reader programs that require Windows Mobile .NET Framework. How much space will this take up on my Axim and what is the exact link for download. Also, can the .NET framework be installed anywhere?

Go to the Microsoft web site and you can download and read about Net Framework there. I believe you want the Compact Net Framework for the PPC.

Hi,

I have been there, but I noticed that the download is 24MB. That is why I wondered how much memory the install would take on the Axim.

hi, net 2.0 can be installed on your storage card. the side benefit was i was able to move my help folder to the windows folder created by net 2.0.

Thanks for the information. I have gotten the .net framework installed. So, now I am able to check out some of the new RSS programs and Weather Watcher.

it only took 2 mb on my system.
I put on my main memory.
