help.... synchronising error i think

I have this program that needs to synchronize the pda with the web but I get this error. I have comcast for web. Can anyone help please
program people say to go back to a06 i have a12 , I don't think that is the problem unless the forum tells me so.

When I go to synchronize I get this error
