Need Help, Hard Reset Restoring

If this has been posted before, forgive me and point me in the right direction. I was having some issues so I did a hard reset. I just figured, that once done, I could simply put in the cradle and restore it all. Can you help me out here? I still have a folder on my computer with all the stuff in it. Do I need to restore it alittle at a time or can I do a full restore some how?

did you do buckup before to BIS or card? If so, restoring is simple. Otherwise I am not sure how will this work as I have never been in this situation.

I have most of it back up and running, but a Backup is definately in my immediate future! :D

There are several options for product selection in backup software. Here is a good read and this may assist you with process and procedure.
