Been looking and cant find much on this. I guess Im pretty used to it not working after 4 weeks. Im just getting tired of having to reinstall active sync just to use it everyother time.

That appears to be a Microsoft Exchange Server error: try unchecking the Enable synchronizition with a server option under Tools/options in ActiveSync
