Citrix and Dell Axim X51

My company would like to offer Dell Axim X51 PDA as a standard. We are a Citrix based network and I am trying to determine if there is a way to sync to a pc that does not have MS Office loaded locally. The PDA would just sync to an Exchange server through the PC. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for any thoughts or help you could offer.

I believe you can wirelessly sync to an exchange server.

I don't sync mine regardless.

I don't know that I would be buying any Axims with all the rumors flying around about their future.
