maxx V3 as a HSDPA dial-up modem... need help!

I hv bought a maxx V3 to be used as a HSDPA modem for my X51v (with a HSDPA SIM card). However, I can never make it work.

Pls note that:
i) I can use maxx V3's built-in browser to surf the net and there is a HSDPA icon. So the phone can at least access HSDPA network
ii) I can use the phone as a dial up modem when I replace the HSDPA SIM with a GPRS SIM (of course I need to change the APN)
iii) I live in HK and the APN (for 3 HK) is ipn.three.com.hk or mobile.three.com.hk

Does anyone hv success using maxx V3 as a Bluetooth HSDPA dial-up modem??
