E-mails, Outlook & QMail.

Dell continue to fob us off regarding Outlook Mobile not saving sent items. This is a bug that was present on the x50 as well as the x51. We use it to access IMAP4 accounts.

I've had a look at QMail. Seems powerful. I haven't managed to send an e-mail from it yet. Does QMail have an error log? I'd be grateful of a pointer towards an English help/FAQ site for QMail.

Are there any other freeware PDA e-mail clients I should consider?

Here's one such site with English help. There's also a link to a babelfish translated version of the site. We've got a thread over here on this site discussing the program too.

Thank-you. How have you found Qmail's stability? So far I've had it refuse to load for a few mins and crash once in just a few hours of use.

I am getting the message "[username] Could not find Sentbox." Could this be a pointer to the cause of my inability to send e-mails from QMail?

I haven't looked at it yet myself, but plan to this week. BTW, you can also use qmail as a newsgroup reader. See this article.

I am trying to get Qmail to work on an old HP 728 Handheld. It loads and run ok and I can recieve my AOL IMAP email but can not send. AOL requires authentication on the smtp port so I have it set up for authentication and port 25 but still can not send. Anyone have any suggestions.
Has anyone set it up successfully got the new Gmail IMAP capability?
Thanks
