Problem with File Explorers icons

Hallo...

I've got a x51v, and often I have a problem with the icons in File Explorer apps (when the problem appears, it's common for every file manager I have: the default one, Resco FE, TotalCommander, GSfinder+ and so on...).

Sometimes, all the icons become really bad, with an extreme poor quality:

I have hard-resetted my axim more than once, but randomly the problem appears.

I was thinking it was Oxios Memory fault, but today I've got the bad icons before installing it. Then I've changed Magic Button with other "closing tasks" applications (vbar, handy swithcher), but with no success...

Any idea??
