Today Screen calendar time-out

On my Today Screen I have the time-out set to 12 hours and on days that I have multiple appts, it still only shows the first appt. on the Today Screen. I also have Weather Panel running on there and below that is iLauncher with two tabs. There is still plenty of room to display all of my appts for the day but the Calendar section remains at the one appt. size. I have all this empty space at the bottom of my Today screen that stuff could use. Is there a place to configure the Today Screen to get apps to move down, so all of my appts. will show?

Thank you.

I don't believe today's time-out and amount of info post on your today's screen are related (please correct me if untrue).
I got so tired my the default calendar program, I switched to Pocket Breeze and Pocket Informant.
the default calendar program is very unflexable and it is terrible.
Sorry, this doesn't really answer or solve your current situation.

Hello, well yes it does, as everyone's opinion helps me with new viewpoints on things. I was already considering Pocket Breeze, does that have a calendar option for the Today Screen? All I show on my Today screen is the date, calendar, weather panel and iLauncher tab with battery and memory meters. There is still plenty of room from mid-screen down on the Today screen for stuff.

thanks for your post.

The today screen timeout only sets the amount of time of inactivity before the device will return you to the today screen if your device has another program open. PocketBreeze will show your appointments (and tasks if you want) as well as your contacts, just about any other today plugin, special events, notes, email. You should check out a trial version of it.

I wanted to thank both you and cchiang12 for the suggestion on PocketBreeze; I downloaded the trial last night and that is one very useful app!! I love it and will be buying it in the next few days. I spent an hour trying out all the options, I love how you can change the pixel height on the vertical screen so it fits in with other Today screen plug-ins, but I actually ended up finding out and then putting my weather panel inside Pocket Breeze as a tab. So now I have this wonderfully clean, organized multi-tabbed area on Today screen with a multitude of viewing options at my fingertips (or stylus-tips) without going into a million different areas in my Ax.

Thanks! :approve:

Glad you like it. I have been using it for a while now and it is one of the first things that goes on my new devices. Check out the forums over there at sbsh.net. You will find a lot of skins and information as well as help from users and the wonderful developers.
