Confused

I have the pleasure of working with my Axim 51v in JAPANESE...so it's more confusing. This is my first PDA. Got my case. I now want to start using it OUTSIDE. So, I'm trying out Pocket Breeze. I want to keep track of my lesson schedule (I teach privately). This is what I want to do at first...eventually more.

So, are there apps (Free ones) that people would recommend all Axim users to dl and use? To get the best out of their Axim? Is there a 'Step by step for ABSOLUTE noobs' sticky?

Is there an English owners manual I can download. I'm having so many issues that I don't know whether it's the PDA or the user (Me!!)...
