Proxy settings?

I have an X51v running A12.

A long time ago, for a Bluetooth-based dialup connection, I added proxy settings for web browsing. I deleted that dialup connection long ago, but I can't seem to find/edit/remove the proxy settings!

No matter what I do, IE and now the new beta of Opera, continue to use the proxy settings and I can't get rid of them! (I'm using WiFi to do my browsing now.)

If I go directly into the registry, I can find and remove the settings -- but they come BACK after a soft reset!

So -- where can I edit these settings? To be honest, I don't want to get remove them, I want to be able to edit them on a normal basis since, sometimes, when I'm using WiFi, I actually still want to use a proxy. This has become an issue for me because Opera, which used to have its own proxy settings, now uses the system settings by default. So, I need to be able to edit this easily and can't find any place to do so!

Please tell me what I'm missing! :)
