Sound on/off toggle?

Is there a way to map a button to toggle the sound on and off? About the only time I use the sound is for playing media or when using TomTom but I'd like to be able to map a button to toggle it on and off.

From Start select Settings and then buttons. Choose the button that you want to map and scroll down to sounds and notifications.

I'm not sure if it shows in my list because of the plugins but it's worth a look.

That won't let me toggle it on and off, thanks though.

I have a volume loop option. Does that do it?

I solved this by finding a free volume control app and mapping it to a button, I'll just leave the volume down all the way but on, and then toggle the app with the button to turn volume up when I want it.
