Battery shows time remaining, not %

Not sure if this is a hardware or software problem. I've got an X51V & Spb Pocket Plus. After a recent soft reset, the battery indicator no longer shows the percentage of battery life remaining. It only shows the time remaining. Only when I tap on the Icon does it show me the %. Any ideas on what happened & how to fix it?

This is intened functionality. It allows you to choose which measurement you want to display. I usually set min to %. FYI, mine stays at % even after a soft reset.

But how do I set it back? I don't see that option.

Press the %/time area to toggle between % and time.
