x51v Touch screen not working - 2nd time

This is the second time it's happening.

Over the weekend I was running it with TT6, everything works great as long as I'm constantly driving. We had to stop after 4hrs of constant driving, shut down our car, when I came back TT6 doesn't work any more, did a soft restart, screen came up to the point where I have to enter my password, couldn't key in my pwd. Tried many things including pulling out of the battery and leaving it overnite... Still no go!!!

This also happened last thanksgiving while using dell GPS system software...

Why is this happening.....

The only way I got it going again was to do a hard reset and reinstall everything....

And I just installed and registered TT6, now I'm wondering if they will let me activate it again once I reinstall the software...

I figured someone would say that. No, lock switch wasn't touched at all.

Like I said, stopped car for break - left the unit on (unit was plugged into the cigarette lighter) - came back 30min - unit frozen......

I believe it was similar situation last time, luckily this time I had my Mio 310CX with me for the rest of the directions.. ahahhaha

By any chance was it in the windshield in direct sun? Could it be overheated? Not good for the 'trons.
