How to reduce RAM usage X51v, WM5

I was looking at the requirements for an application which stated that it wanted 20 MB RAM to run. That got me to looking at how I could free up some RAM in my X51v if I wanted to. I used SKTools to view running processes and I have a question about the information it gives: For a process it shows Size and Heap Size. What does each number mean? If I terminate a process does it free up the Size memory and the Heap Size memory?

Thanks,
Frank
