Selling my stuff, what should I ask?

Selling soon here or on ebay:
x50v (VGA/624mhz/WiFi/BT/CF and SD slot)
128mb RAM upgrade (128ram/128rom)
powered car cradle with charge output to charge gps
Clip-on BT gps reciever
2gb CF
Possible smaller SD card (1gb I think, maybe 512) I'm keeping my 2gb for the camera.
The d pad has a small fleck of chrome missing
audio out jack some times looses contact, dirty?
exterior in very good shape
screen has had protector since day one
original CD and cradle
Unit works perfect.
What should I ask for this?
I'd like a quicker sale, but don't want to throw away.

$225 is what I paid for what you currently have. It included 2 standard size batteries and an additional 2200 expanded battery with cover (all Dell logoed)

Opps, mine is a X51V unit, with remaining service coverage through this year.

225 US$ for an X51v? That's quite the deal for a device that usually sells for over 300 on eBay.

Anyway, concerning the OP's X50v, I'd put it at 300 US$ or so because of the RAM upgrade(which, at 170 US$, isn't cheap). All the other stuff ought to raise the price up to 400 or more(mostly the GPS receiver, though the 2 GB CF card could throw in an extra 30 or 40 US$ of value as well).

I just picked up a x51v 256mb rom (no assesories) for 255 on ebay. The x50v's and x51v's are running about the same price. I guess they are about the same, but you'd think the 50's would be cheaper than the 51's. The 50's were about 20-30 bucks cheaper so I went with the 51....

Thats what I thought also. The extra two batteries and the 1gb SD card were included in the package but not mentioned in the auction. The unit ended up being at A12 ROM and A06 hardware revision. Service coverage after I registered the unit was through this year. The unit was in 'as new' condition. Transfered my system from my older X51V through a total backup using SPB application which worked with out any issues.

Service coverage and the RAM upgrade are incompatible. Chances are, if you sent it back to Dell, they would be able to tell that it was opened for the upgrade, voiding any warranty. Unless somehow PocketPC Techs supplies the coverage....

Yes your warranty would be voided once they found out that the RAM chip in there was something that wasn't originally in there... that's when the SquareTrade warranty comes in.

Personally I'd ask $350-$370, but I've seen deals that go about $300 that never sell here. You might wanna try eBay or Amazon...
