Step-by-step Procedure For Upgrading From A06 To A12

can someone tell me what this is? Is this something i should do? What is A06 A12? i saw some A0 A1 etc.. but never knew what it was.. please keep in mind i have no manual as i think someone threw it away...

The numbers A06 and A12 refer to the version of Rom that you ax has installed.
It's like a program update for the operating system.
A12 is the most recent version for the X51v in english.
If your Ax is in another language the A## will be lower.
You can find your ROM version by clicking
Start/settings/system/system information.
If you have a ROM less than A12 you might want to consider upgrading it, but if you Ax is functioning correctly then you don't have to do it. Some people have experienced problem when upgrading the ROM.

I haven't checked this site in a while - can I update my X51v from a04 directly to a12? can't find any references to A04 - must be very old.
