Worried Noob needs help!

I just got an X51 second hand and I'm having trouble figguring out how things work. I have an SD card installed with all my favorite Flash cartoons on it. I just installed Macromedia Flash Player 7... But when I try to open the flash files I get a "no application associated with this file" message. I tried going online to open the flash from inside IE but all it did was download the flash, not play it.

Also, I have an .AVI movie on the SD card, but when I try playing it in Media Player I get "Object or name not found" What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if there is a flash player for mobile devices, but for .avi files you need CorePlayer. this plays various formats, as opposed to Windows Media Player which only plays .wmv files.

Here is a link to the player...

flash as in flv format? if so then get tcpmp and the *illegal* flash plug-in, both which could be found with the search function. and for the avi movie, just use tcpmp, the default media player has limited codecs, the only thing i use it for is wmv with high bitrates

I agree, the 'tcpmp' application works great with my X51V for movies or pictures. I use the internal application for music files.
